Spike's Set Up

Well since I have been talking about set ups and bearded dragon essentials lately, I thought I would take some time to share my set up.

So far I have a 50 gallon screen cage just temporarily.  I know it is not ideal since the heat isn't captured too great, but I have compensated this by using a higher light wattage.

Also included is a hammock, tree log for shelter, and green carpet.  The carpet makes it easy to clean up and is safer on Spike because it decreases the chances that he will choke on the substrate like wood chips. Spike is always in his hammock or on the log, which is great because it allows him to bask and digest his food properly.

Hopefully I will be getting a new cage soon and I will update his enclosure.  Spike is healthier than ever and I hope to see/hear about your enclosures as well.
